Probir Bhattacharyya born in the year of 1975 in the state of west Bengal in India.He is from very middle class family.At the age of 19 he started learning sitar from his mother.After then he took lesson to Nikhil Bhadury(student of pt Pulin Pal,sitarist) for six years in the district of murshidabad.After getting 6 years training from him he went to kolkata to take further lesson to Pt kushal Das(The internation famous sitar player and a student of pt Ajoy sinha roy.).Still he is taking lesson from him.he has performed in some stages. Now he is 32 years old. He has parformed in some stages.
